The VIPER II Push-to-Talk was developed by Atlantic Signal at the request of several clients looking for a push-to-talk that had the capabilities to run twin dual band radios, cross-band between radios and utilize CHAT Programs among many other requirements. The clients wanted a simple, easy to use solution out of the box with plug and play cables for various radios , ICS platforms and smartphones. Of equal importance, the clients wanted the capability to program the PTT to perform other functions. The VIPER II fulfills all of these requirements and more

The VIPER II PTT was designed to work with Atlantic Signal’s exclusive ComTac V and ComTac VI headsets along with several other Atlantic Signal models
The VIPER II PTT features three comm ports, four PTT switches (2 on each side – none on the front) and exclusive 5 conductor jack connection. The VIPER II eliminates previous TDMA noise issues, features RF immunity and eliminates cross-talk and bleed over issues of the past
The rear side of the VIPER II PTT features twin, blackened steel MOLLE clips. There is no need to re-orient the PTT housing for left and right handed shooters as the PTT switches can easily be programmed for left and right handed trigger pullers
